Pricing that makes sense
ShortPoint pricing is aligned with your sites building and designing needs, no matter how big your environment is or total number of intranet users and visitors
How many Designer seats will you need?
(What’s a Designer seat?)
An Editor is the person who will design pages and sites. This is different than a User. A User can change content freely, but only Editors can modify the options and features.

Frequently asked questions:
What is ShortPoint Designer?
A ShortPoint Designer is an individual who will use ShortPoint to design and build pages and apply site themes. Each Designer is linked to one Office 365 / SharePoint account. The Designer should be linked to an employee based account and not a shared admin or service account.
What is a trial license?
ShortPoint offers a free 15-day trial license to test the full functionality of the product. If you purchase a license at the end of the trial, you'll keep all the work you created during the trial period. If you do not purchase a license, the designs will remain in the page content but be unpublished and no longer visible.
We are migrating, do we need a new license?
No. We will provide a free migration license by activating a trial license on your new environment. When the migration is complete, we will require your old license be deactivated and will issue a full license for the new environment.
Do I need a license to keep my designs?
Absolutely not. The pages you have designed are yours to keep. You will need to renew your license if you want to use ShortPoint to design new pages and sites. For more information please view our support page: What happens when my license expires?
What about non-ShortPoint Designers?
Non-ShortPoint Designers can view the content of the page created by the Designers. Users can update any content using SharePoint out-of-the-box features (update lists, libraries, calendars, etc.), but are not able to use ShortPoint to make modifications to the page.
Can I use the same license on multiple SharePoint environments?
Each license is valid for one tenant (domain) or farm.
